The Nautical Neighbour website and services act as a liaison and booking platform to connect boat owners ("Clients") with independent third-party marine service providers ("Contractors"). Nautical Neighbour does not directly provide the marine services, repairs, detailing, or any other work offered on this website. All services are performed by independent Contractors who are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and performance of their work.

Limitation of Liability for Work Completed

Nautical Neighbour is not responsible for any issues, damages, or claims arising from the work completed by a Contractor. The Client acknowledges and agrees that Nautical Neighbour serves as an intermediary and is not liable for any dissatisfaction with the service, including but not limited to, damages, quality of work, delays, or other disputes between the Client and the Contractor. The Client agrees to address any such claims directly with the Contractor who performed the work. Nautical Neighbour will not be responsible for covering the costs of rework, repairs, or any compensation related to the service provider's work.

Fees and Charges

By booking a service through this website, the Client agrees to a service fee of up to 15% on top of the Contractor's invoice for the convenience of using the booking platform. This service fee is non-refundable and separate from any payment made to the Contractor for their services.
